Two MO organizations are teaming up to help food banks


MARYVILLE, Mo. - Two Missouri organizations are working to help hungry families across the state during the coronavirus pandemic.

Missouri Farm Bureau Insurance and Feeding Missouri are promoting the Home Run Against Hunger Campaign for the entire month of April.

Director of Customer Experience at the MFBI Ashton Mattern told KXCV/KRNW that they're offering different ways to donate to encourage social distancing.

Those wanting to make nonperishable food donations should take donations directly to a local food pantry or food bank. More information can be found at feedingmissouri.org.
